Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA)

We assisted GNYHA with their due diligence regarding the selection of a GPO affiliation. At the time, GNYHA had a marketing relationship for group purchasing services with Premier, Inc. GNYHA asked The Wetrich Group for assistance in the evaluation of its GPO partnership options, as well as its strategic alternatives and approaches to group purchasing. TWG assisted GNYHA with a significant number of the steps involved in this process. The level of success with this project led to an engagement with the Health Industry Group Purchasing Association.
